Perry T. Sherrell, CPA, Managing Partner

Perry is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of working experience in both private and public accounting, and has held positions as controller, tax manager, and audit manager. His experience includes working with individuals, closely held businesses, and non-profits. In addition, he currently sits on several non-profit boards.

Pamela A. Shelley, CPA, Partner

Pam is a Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of working experience.  She was Chief Financial Officer of a non-profit medical facility for several years. Her passion is working with small non-profit organizations.  She has served as Treasurer for several non-profits.  Pam is also involved with individual and corporate tax preparation.

Donna Scott – Client Relations

Donna has been working with our team for many years. She works with our clients to ensure everyone receives prompt attention and care.

Jane Ghormley – Bookkeeping and Quickbooks Manager

Jane has been working in public accounting for over 20 years. She oversees our bookkeeping department.  Jane also is involved with individual and corporate tax preparation.

Dianne Richardson – Accounting and Bookkeeping

Dianne has over 20 years working in accounting.

Jennifer Sadados – Bookkeeping and Tax

Jennifer joined our firm in January 2020. She is working in our bookkeeping department. Jennifer will also be assisting in our tax department
